R17 data for 162/168 in 7mm-08?

Looking to use 162/168s for 600-1k paper out of a 7mm-08. Have read the "whats wrong with the 7mm-08" thread with interest.

Using a standard throated chamber, looking to get max accuracy out of the 7mm-08 out to 600-1k with 162 Hornady/168 Sierras depending on which shoot better. Any suggestions for R17?
