Does the "full version" mean you first purchase of QL? If so, what are they calling this version? Thanks!

Yes first purchase and on the CD disk it says V 3.9.0.15. The included "How to install" instruction sheet at the bottom says:
NEW: VV555 & V565
V3.9.0.15: at powder selection, meaning *C = copper solvent additive and *T (LTC) Less Temperature Coefficient
