QuickLoad decision

I am overseas right now and have time to play with things and the money to as well. I was wondering if there is any reason I should not consider getting quickload to play with for helping my choose what to chamber my barrel blank collection back home. I love anything regarding guns shooting and reloading but have never owned software of any kind to help me. I am computer literate and love reading. I don't see a downside to this but though I would ask if there is anything else to consider when thinking about getting quickload. Hell I think it will be fun to play with while here and after emailing them they confirmed they ship here so no worries on ITAR.

You'll like it, and you'll make a lot of new of new "friends" on this forum and others that want you to run their load through Quick Load.

I would gladly run the numbers as I have oodles of free time over here. While i was at it I got applied ballistics as well. And some 224 and 308 slugs to proove to my boss that there is such thing as a bulged rifle barrel and that he can shove his statement of charges up his rear.

Another thumbs up for QL... It gets even more interesting when you have some chronograph data that allows you to readjust the burn factor to get the QL mv to match the chronograph.

+3 or whatever for quickload. I use it with the optimum barrel timing theory to predict sweet spots and it seems to work well.

IMO using QL with the OBT mentioned above is the key to great results with this program.
