Quickload burn rate adjustment chart

I seem to remember seeing revised burn rate numbers, originally given by some gun writer a few years ago, that more closely fits the powder's ability to perform according to the caliber it will be used in. It had different values depending on caliber or cartridge, I can't remember which. Can anybody provide that data, and if so, does it seem more accurate? Thanks Guys!

Not entirely sure what question you are asking. I think the guy's name was Chris Long gave a write up on how to adjust the burn rate (Ba) to match your measured velocity.

There was also a reference to adjustments to the weighting factor provided by cartridge. Here it is.

Using the figures given for .223 Rem, it makes quite a difference. Now I need to chrono the loads using both burn rates, and see which one is more accurate.
