QuickLoad ADI2209 vs H4350

For all you quickload users out there...

I believe Hodgdon Varget *IS* ADI 2208 and looking at the powder data in Quickload that seems to be confirmed because the powder data comes up the same.

Given that... I thought H4350 WAS just ADI 2209 in a new pretty package. Am I wrong?

If I am right, which powder data is more correct.

OK, being an Aussie, this is how the Hodgdon powders go:
Clays is AS-30N here.
HP-38 is AP-50N here.
International is AS-50N here.
Universal is AP-70N here.
H4227 is AR-2205 here.
H4198 is AR-2207 here.
BENCHMARK is BM-2 here.
BLC(2) is AR-2206 here (discontinued)
H4895 is AR-2206H here
Varget is AR-2208 here.
H4350 is AR-2209 here.
H4831 is AR-2213sc here.
H1000 is AR-2217 here.
Retumbo is AR-2225 here.
H870/H50BMG are AR-2218 here.
All of these powders are identical, just re-packaged by Hodgdon in the states.
We manufacture more than these powders, but, they are designated differently for military contracts.

If I have left any out, I apologise.

The ADI data is computer generated, I doubt it is actually tested.
Hodgdon's data is probably a mirror of ADI data, I normally go with the bullet manufacturer data. It is generally more accurate in my experience.

Well that confirms that H4350 and ADI 2209 are equal but QuickLoad (an Interior Ballistics Predictor Program) shows data that is different....

You can clearly see the difference when you compare the different factor that go into defining the powder.

Yes velocity is only 50fps, but the Barrel time is quite a bit different (I''m a big believer in OBT Theory) as it works great on my .223/6br.

So what do people use that use "H4350".
