I purchased a Quick Measure kit this summer along with the progressive press attachment. My plan is to use it for .223 and pistol on my Hornady LNL progressive, and manually for 6.5x55 600 yd benchrest loads on my Redding Big Boss.
It was not throwing accurate charges, so I emailed Tim. He promptly replied and asked me to return it to him for inspection. He found and removed a couple burrs, and did some minor adjustments to the tubes. He tested it with VV560, RL22 and WC846, which are what I use.
Here is how it worked for him:
VV560: +/- .2
RL22: +/- .05
WC846: +/- .0,10 loads at 49.4 gr)
H4895: +/- .05
I have not used it yet--things get a little chilly in ND this time of year! But hopefully I'll have time in a couple weeks to drop some charges to test it.
Like most brands of measures, the QM likes some powders better than others. It doesn't like VV560, but does like the others. The smaller grained powders generally work better.
Here is an evaluation by LTRDavid at Sniper's Hide
Quick measure eval
He is very satisfied with his QM. Since he mainly does tactical shooting, his accuracy goals stated on his evaluation page are not as tight as a benchrest shooter so take that into consideration. But his test charts show how his QM performs. Note how the QM works better when actuated with the progressive attachment than by hand. Logic is that the progressive attachment helps the operator actuate it more consistantly. Since I've got the progressive attachment, I mount it on my Redding to drop loads for my 6.5x55. Setting up the progressive attachment is extremely quick.
