Could some kind soul run aome quick load data for me? Case is lapua 6BR oal of case is 1.55
Powder is accurate 2200
32.1- 32.7 grains
Fed 205m primer
Bibbs 65 grain FB bullet
Barrel is 26” 14T

Not sure what other specs are needed? I guess I need to purchase the program?
Thanks
Kevin

Two 6mm BR to choose from. Having the water capacity of a fired case will improve the accuracy of the calcs. You bullet isn't listed, so I would need to add it. As a minimum I need length and BC.

Thanks, the length is .8035 of the bullet itself and oal of loaded round is 2.205” no idea of bc? I guess G1 of .269 going by what Bergers are??

Also, it's helpful to know if you are touching, jamming, or seating your bullets off of the lands and how far off of touching are they. If you are touching or jamming you have to increase the start pressure or it'll give a lower chamber pressure than what you actually have with your load. For me, it seems like whenever I'm closer than about 5 thou off from touching I have to increase the start pressure or my QL numbers will be a fair bit lower than actual. If you input the correct information, QL is usually very close to actual, at least it has been for me.

I used Berger's 65gr FBHP bullet as a comparable so this isn't going to be exact but using that Berger bullet and the rest of your load information, your loads, per QL, are up there with regard to pressure. With 32.1gr you're around 3660fps and 75,000PSI chamber pressure, with 32.7gr it shows 3719fps and almost 79,000PSI chamber pressure. Again, this is using a different bullet for this data, but it'll give you some info with what I think is a somewhat comparable bullet. I know nothing about the Bib 65gr you are shooting so if it's a lot different, the result could reflect that.

Same ole Jammer. Still not willing to share, guess you've never had to ask anyone for something, at some time in your life. I think you must cut and paste that reply in most of your posts. Maybe you shouldn't bother reading any of this type of post where someone is asking for help, and just ignore them. Shame on you.

Thank you B23, I had a feeling this load was too hot. Dang it shoots great though. Thank you for you time. It is very much appreciated. My ohler reported 3715 avg. amazing at the accuracy of QuickLOAD

Amazing thing is at 32.1 my recorded velocity is 3655 avg. ??

As I said before, input all the correct information, it's particularly important to bump up the start pressure like QL suggests if you are seating bullets closer than 5 thou, and it will give you information that is generally very close to what real world is. QL certainly isn't perfect and it's not meant to be a substitute for putting the work in testing, but when used properly, it can be crazy accurate with its projections.

Still amazing at the accuracy of computer program I am going to try and find a lower node since I was seeing primer cratering at these charges. No flattened ones but a somewhat pronounced crater. Again, thanks for your help. Sorry for any trouble. I owe ya one!

I don't care what your excuse is. Stop begging. Grow some pride.
I'm proud of a lot of things in my life.
Cant say your one of them.
So might I suggest you grow some heart.
When someone asks for help with a problem you lend it.
It's not like the OP is standing on the corner begging for change.
He actually needed assistance obvious safety concerns, and you offer up a thoughtless/heartless suggestion.
