Questions about F Class rifle

So a guy at work come up to me and asked question about a rifle his dad bought at a auction. It's F Class high power with open sights. His dad wants it for the barreled action. This guy wanted to know if i wanted the stock and sights. He says the sights are micro adj.with the big front globe. The stock is laminated and fully adjustable cheek and with adjustable lenght of pull that swizzles. Question is what is that stuff cost new and what would be a far price to offer him if it's in good shape?

Something doesn't sound right here partner. Fclass is shot with a scope and I am not sure what you have. Did you get some pictures of it? I think you need to show us what you are looking at before anyone can help you.

He showed me pictures of it, It looks like a NRA high power? shot offhand. I'm guessing a 28-30" barrel on it. I've seen the same kinda rifle having a article wrote about it here (the david tubbs rifle) except this has a full wood stock built off a adl Rem700.
