seems like short and fat cartridges are really popular now days; i myself happen to believe in what they do, but that's beside the point. also i've heard big and slow vs. light and fast bullets are the best killers. lastly high b.c. bullets are best for long range hunting. long range = long bullets.
i would like to hear what yalls take is on what is more important and which is a better killer.
i myself like short and fat cartridges and i also like medium weight bullets flyin pretty fast, but with decent construction so they expand relativly fast and don't blow up(140 NBT .270wsm). i also don't think that high b.c. bullets transfer energy as well into animals.
that's my opinion what is yours?
i don't really dwell on this stuff, but am curious to hear some other peoples opinions.
