Question on production year and lot number of 133 powder

Have a chance to buy 20lbs of V133 powder , chap is getting out of shooting , The powder was made in 2015 and has the same lot # , I hear guys saying some years are terrible powder , any information on this year or what is good or bad years of 133 powder , can you learn the powder or is it just bad.
Any information or advise would be great.

I am currently shooting 2015 133, and rom my perspective, it shot just like the 683-2003 that I had shot for years And finally ran out of. In that year I bought 64 pounds.

True, there are very slight variations in the burn rate from years to years, but nothing that you can’t tune to with a few tenths up or down.

Get it and shoot it.
