Question about this target

So, I found this "free" target on the net. I'm just wondering, do you aim for the crosshairs and adjust your POI for the circle. Or, is it the other way around??

Adjust scope cross hairs to line up with the paper cross hairs and have the point of impact in the circle. The benefit being you do not shoot up you aiming points

I prefer to shoot a three shot group, lock the rifle down, then adjust the target

Plumb the target crosshair to prevent rifle cant.

Any 90° works, have scope adjusted so you won't lose your poa.
I use the orange lines on white paper targets.

It doesn't matter where the group is as long as you have a good aiming point....

Try it both ways, then decide which works better for you. You will know right away.

Thanks guys. My eyes likes the targets. Helping me remain plumb felt like I was cheating.
I'll print them on cardstock so they don't tear so easily next time.

I use spray glue and glue them to old targets. The bottom left + is my aim point

For whatever reason, I like for my group to form above my aim point as opposed to below it.
