That’s really all that it comes down to. Lubricate, go slowly, and for a hunting cartridge id aim for 80-90% cleanup.One thing I've just noticed: After neck sizing with a Redding die (not the bushing version), my Sinclair turning mandrel can be inserted into the necks. The fit is snug, but not overly tight. I can turn cases on the mandrel without excessive effort. I'm thinking that I may not actually need the expander mandrel step.
Feel free to test turned vs unturned brass. May show a difference, may not.
