Quality of Prvi Partizan brass

I consider it an alternative to Rem and Win brass. As one poster made the comment, it is sure better than no bras at all. I am shooting it in 7x57, have many reloads on it with only 20 pieces of brass. I load at the rifle range and am shooting it in a rare Venezuelan FN mauser Carbine made for the police dept. The brass is tough to say the least, and I am hunting for more of it as it comes into the country.

I bought 5 boxes of 7mm-08 and out of the five 2 boxes split all the necks. It appeared they over annealed them sort of like a test run but the other 3 boxes were great. I have never had any do that again. By the way they did no damage to my gun whatsoever.
