QD swivel stud

Is there such a thing as a 90* QD swivel stud? I need one for a BAR MK3. It has a mount on the bottom for a sling but it always makes the rifle sit the wrong way when sling carrying it in front of the body. I’ve searched the googles and can’t find anything.
