pulsar XP38 trail Set up

I bought a new Pulsar XP38 trail for my Rem 700 in 300blk.
I am having a heck of a time trying to figure out to get the reticle set up and also get the rifle zero'd. Bought it thru a guy that got thru a distributor.
Any suggestions on someone could walk me thru the set up?
I've seen AP 2020 videos and LoneStar boars videos and between these two guys I decided that was the thermal I wanted.

I would be happy to pay for someone's help. Thank you. Mark

Mark,

I have the Trail XP 50, and the buttons and modes shoul all be the same.

The menu button , second from the front, is where you select and adjust everything. Push and hold for a couple seconds, then you can scroll thru all of the different options by tapping the next button on either side of the menu button. To select a mode you want to adjust, tap the menu button.

It’s important to note that the menu button has two different “press” options.

1. Quick tap will bring up all simple adjustment modes for brightness and contrast.

2. Press and hold brings up more detailed settings, such as reticle set up, zero function, and different modes.

You can also go to Pulsar’s website and download a copy of the manual.

Sam what do you think about this XP 50? thanks Painter

Painter,

I really like it! I have killed a couple coyotes and pigs with it. Farthest was a coyote at just over 200 yards. I was a little upset that a month after I bought mine, they released the newer model with the built in range finder.
