PTG Chamber Reamer

I called them two days ago, got a real person (male), ordered a 7mm throater, in stock and it's on the way. I guess I'm lucky, I've never had an issue with PT&G.

Follow up, got the throater yesterday (Friday), three days from order until it was in my hands. Haven't miked it yet but it looks ok.

Sadly I have joined the ranks of the disenchanted with PTG. My 20 BR reamer ordered in October was not sent. The 6 BR and 6 Dasher reamers that were in stock when I bought them were not sent. The 6 BR reamer was sold again after it was sold to me.

My apologies to anyone who voiced a complaint.

The disturbing part of PTG is when you call to discuss, the ladies on the phone blame us the customer instead of trying to help with an issue which is not our fault. Have never been treated so poorly. Lesson learned.

The ladies at PTG have always tried to help me, what ever their level of training has been. Some stumble thought the process with great effort, but their heart has always been in a place of trying to please the customer.

Reamer making is a very, very complicated business, hard to hire new folks that can jump in board with reamer prints, etc.

I recently had dealings with Kenny Fungles there at PTG and Sarah that were very, very good.
