Would the above actions be worth the money to put into custom builds somewhere down the line?

I have no direct experience but I've seen lots of reports of issues with quality

I was gonna use one till several people and a couple gunsmiths talked me out of it. Ended up using a bergara action

I have worked with 4 PT&G "Trued" actions.

The quality ranged from poor to completely unacceptable.

From extremely poor bolt lugs to tapered threads.......

If you plan on having the action trued go for it.....

Bergara has a very nice action IMO. I have two B-14 Steels and one Premier.

I want to build a full custom 22LR and have thought about using the Bergara action. So many to choose from, I just don't know. Like this one that I'm getting feedback on. I'm defiantly having trouble wrapping my head around what it will cost for a 100-yard or so RF gun in the rat patch.

I've had a PTG single shot for a couple of years, extremely accurate. Talking to Jonathan at Modacam, he indicated there were issues with the repeater so he modifies single shot actions as necessary.

What’s your budget? You might be able to find a used rimx. Or a used bergara and have it rebarreled. Cross roads precision does good work and they will rebarrel a bergara.

Rimx was my first choice if I was going deep in the pocket. Still undecided. I have lots of time.

Good job? I wasn’t take a shot at anyone. Just offering my OPINION on what would be the best custom option….
