Proud parents

Just came back from the National SKILLS convention in Louisville, Ky. Our son Corey competed in the Graphics/Die Sublimation category (High School level) winning the GOLD MEDAL. We're so proud of him. Skills is a national org. that teaches leadership and skills in about every occupation you can think of LE, Culinary ,Welding, Mach, Const., etc, you name it's represented with 1000's of particepants throughout the US and territories. It a great organization check it out.

Mods, if this is not appropriate feel free to delete, just wanting to show how proud we are of our son.

Congrats to your son. It is a great feeling to see them accomplish what they set out to do.

Don't short change yourselves, you as parents made a large contribution to the development of the attitudes and skills that enabled him to achieve that success.

Trades people are the backbone of our civilization. I hope he continues to do well in his chosen vocation.
