Props to BAT Machine Co

Nothing new or exciting, just wanting to drop a thread giving props to BAT on their ongoing GREAT customer service! I've been back and forth with them a few times over the past month or so and they've bent over backward to offer help. This is the type of service that keeps me from even thinking of looking elsewhere when it comes time to build something new.

Service means quite a lot. Even when it doesn't seem to reap immediate rewards for a company, the good ones still give their very best to every interaction. Good to hear that BAT Machine's doing this.

Still mulling a possible build. Exploring potential actions, barrels, learning which triggers work with what, asking lots of questions.

A few months back I ordered a base for an SV and some receiver screws. BAT is only about a 4 drive away from me so packages come quick anyways but what impressed me the most was when they called the next day to make sure I received everything and I was happy with it... I asked if that was standard business practices and he said on his lunch time sometimes he calls people to check that they got there orders. Great company!

Having Steve available to take calls during regular business hours was a very smart move and a huge improvement on the customer service aspect.

Kelbly's is great.
Pierce is great.
Others are likely great too.

It sure makes it difficult to decide which one to choose next.

I believe my BAT action is the smoothest of all, including Defiance, Stiller
