Proper time to neck turn and ream

I'm forming new 22-250 brass into 6XC brass. Should I neck ream/turn before forming,22 dia.)after forming,.243 dia.) or after fire forming? Any help or ideas on this would be appreciated.

Here is a must-read article by Larry Medler that should help you in the forming process:

Thanks for the info. I had read Larry's article but forgot about the final procedure he came up with. I improved on his washer design by turning out a one piece unit on a lathe and leaving a small button in the center to index the case squarly in the die with the button fitting into the primer pocket. However, I did find out that my cases came out a lot harder that what the article stated. I used a full length RCBS 308 die and it must have been a little tighter than the die that Larry used. Regardless, now like Larry all I need is for my barrel to arrive.
Thanks again,
