Proper placement and use of a rear bag with an angled stock

I'm liable to catch some flak from the BR guys for this, but I'll risk that.
Take a look as this video:
Take enough time to view it several times and pay close attention to the details offered by the instructor.
If every shooter would watch this (or others that are as well done as this is) before focusing on loads as the cause of accuracy problems there would be a lot less stress at the reloading bench.

It says its a private video and I need permission to watch it.

I have a Blackhawk axiom(adjustable length of pull) stock on my custom barreled 22-250 coyote hunting rifle. I see horizontal heart beat movement, about 1/8-1/4" at 100 yards. This movement is when I have a suppressor on. Does not seem to matter if front is bagged or Harris bipod(loaded or not). I want to shoot suppressed, just cannot figure how to support/hold the rifle and eliminate the heart beat movement. I probably should try a HS precision stock, but like the length of pull adjustments for winter hunting. And really not sure if changing stocks will help.

When I tried to view the video, it was unavailable because it is private.

The angle of bag should be parallel with the stock as in pic. two. but you are totally wrong with the recoil pad touching the bag, it should at the back out of the bag and ears.... If you need to raise the bag do so with shims I use rubber matting from tractor supply. .... jim

A flat top bag is better but you will need to have a wedge made for the bottom of your stock to take the draft out, more weight and more money though.... jim

A toe which is flat and parallel to the bore recoils nicely on a flat top bag, but when you shoot if it settles any then the bore rises and something will need adjustment on the fly (bipod height, fluff the bag, etc). Continue to add sand to the bag over time and it will eventually pack and stabilize. For me the best compromise for flat recoiling vs adjustability was to add a rectangular aluminum rail with 5degree taper vs the bore onto the toe. Sliding the rifle on a flat top bag provides elevation fine tuning while shooting without the recoil influencing the vertical.
