Proof research 30 cal bore size?

I'm chambering a Proof Research 30 cal barrel (.308 Win). My smallest pilot doesn't fit. It's a 0.2988" pilot. Does anyone know what bore size PR uses?

Tony.

No burr. It won't go into the muzzle or the breech end. I was surprised the 0.2988" didn't work. I bought it when I chambered a Bartlein and never thought I'd need to go smaller.

Well, I guess there were burrs. I cut a chamfer initially, but I guess I didn't cut deep enough. I used a dial indicator to measure the lands and I noticed after I went in about 0.050" the lands were wider. I added a bigger chamfer and I was able to use my 0.3000" pilot. Moving on with chambering and threading this barrel.
