If you are having problems it can help to run a route trace. On a Windows machine the command is:
tracert forum.accurateshooter.com
Most of the people with problems are finding that their connection "dies" as it reach GTT.net. That is BEFORE it reaches our Sucuri Firewall. I suggest you file a complaint with your ISP, who may then address the issue with GTT.net.
Hopefully with enough complaints to GTT.net some action may be taken.
