problem with a 270 wsm

Iam trying to help a mate reload for his 270 wsm
its built on a Sako 75 action with a Loather Walter 10 twist barrel fully bedded into a Mc Milan stock
were using Winchweter brass fully preped, neck turned, trimmed, flash holes done ect ect
the reamer used was min SAMMI spec,a loaded round measures .305 were using redding comp dies with a .303 bush
powder is RL 19 at 60 gr with a speer 130gr bullet, alliant data shows 66gr to use this gives sticky bolt)
basically it shoot rubbish with no sort of pattern to work to,we started on the lands and worked back 10 thou at a time
any ideas

I don't know what you mean 'fully bedded', but if you talking about glass bedded sometimes even a really good gunsmith can mess up a glass bedding job. Sometimes glass bedding just doesn't do right on the first try. It sound like you know a lot about this stuff, but you may want to make sure your barrel is free floating and not being touched by the stock.

This may seem really obvious but have you tried any other bullets??? some bullets just dont work in a particular gun.

Im collecting a sako 85 270wsm at the weekend. However i will be using 150gr and rl22 Will be doing the first load testing a week wednesday!

Scope issue, perhaps?
turned out it was a primer problem change from magnum to std match primers and the pressure problems stopped, also loaded a decent bullet Hornady interbonds and the rile worked well
the WSM family seems to be a bit choosy
