Problem loading ADG brass

Hello,
This is my first time loading ammo and building a rifle. I haven't shot a rifle in over 20 years as well. I bought ADG brass and Sierra 120 gn bullets. From what I saw using H4350 the lower amount would be 38gn. When I go over that by .5gn I noticed the primer moved out slightly. The OAL is 2.75. Am I not putting the primers in correctly? They seemed to be all the way in. The only primers I found were Winchester Large. I'm using a Lee breech challenger kit. Thank you. Also, the piece inside the die that guides the bullet catches when extracting. Is that normal? Thank you.

The primer will move to the rear under pressure until it reaches the bolt face. Reading pressure by examining the primer is a learned skill. There is one true indicator. The corner of the primers start to flow outwards. Compare unfired seated primers to those fired. As you go up on powder you will see the corner will start to expand filing up the primer pocket.

The primers that are moving are while seating the bullet. I haven't fired them yet. Are you talking about after fired?

The slight increase of air pressure in the case from seating a bullet is pushing the primer out? I definitely would not fire any of these rounds. I would measure the primer pockets (precision plug/pin gauges, +/- .0005") and measure the OD of the primers. Not familiar with ADG brass...
