While getting a handle on the recently-arrived Printed Precision Trickler, or PP Trickler, I have done two things worth sharing: measured speed and consistency, and created a two minute video showing the operation.
On the first:
With 38.5 gr of RL-15, average dispensing time is 8.4 seconds. Add maybe a second for the scale to settle. This is "fast enough", because faster would not help me (it takes longer to seat and wipe the HBn off the bullet).
