Primers

It's still crazy to me that even with all of the crazy pricing they have listed all of the online suppliers are still out of primers. While still not as cheap as I'd like but still better than most online prices I can get about any Federal or CCI primer at my LGS. They have stayed pretty well stocked for the past several months I just hope this doesn't change and only gets better as online suppliers possibly catch up but I just can't help but think enough hoarding is going on causing online suppliers to sell out. Buying more than you really need at these prices is just going to make these prices permanent.
Exactly right. When I had my gun shop through the Sandy Hook tragedy, I had some guy blow in off the freeway. "Got any bricks of 22LR? I'd pay $80 a brick. That's what I've been getting them for."

By the time this jacka$$ showed up, I had already moved all the rimfire out of sight. "Nope, I don't have any and people like you are part of the problem." He did not understand at all but got to leave empty handed.

I had regular customers to take care of. You know the guys that stop by every week or 2 to shoot the breeze and spend some money when they are ready or actually need/want something.

Hard for me to wrap my head around the primer shortage. I think it is a combination of govt. buying and primers sitting in storage. Mind you, I wish I had a few thousand on my shelf.

I believe the HAZMAT charge is $25. Do you really think they forgive that amount.
The fact that there is no option for a credit card is enough for me to say no.

However, having bought primers from Capitol Cartridge, they do not break out the Hazmat or shipping separately. At the time the price was $450 for 5000, shipped and delivered. since I am in the same state, they did add separately, the 8% tax for the Governor

305 area code is Miami, mighty long way to Maitland, FL.....lol

I work in telecom so I ran the number through neustar (Where you port numbers between carriers) It's ported to a wholesaler with a really bad reputation for selling US numbers to foreign entities.
