When you find yourself fighting primer pockets, there are solid carbide tools that will fix this problem, quick and easy.
I use a Whitetail carbide primer pocket tool chucked in a half inch drill ran on very slow speed, other tools are available.
If your primer is sticking out to where the bolt seats or grinds off some of the primer material in order to close the bolt, you are in trouble.
