CCI says that only the best skilled and most experienced associates are allowed to work the BR2 and BR4 line.

only missfires I ever had were with BR2's (2x) - I still use them and prefer them (CCI) above other brands - but the message is - even though it's supposedly "prime" primers, that is no gaurantee...

C'mon guys. Nobody is perfect 100% of the time. Just look at how many handloaders have small glitches even though we strive for perfection in every round we make.
