CCI 400..switching to CCI450

This is most likely the issue.

I have a couple of Remington actions, and they suffer from the same primer flow issues and blanking due to the large firing pin. The little pieces of primer were making it into the firing pin channel and causing the firing pin to hang up. Cleaning out the channel and switching to CCI450, BR4, etc. with the thicker cup, solved all the issues.

I've ordered a complete new bolt, replaced the FP on old bolt. BOTH bolts will be sent to Carlsbad for bushing work. Haven't received a response from Grimstod?

That's a Wise move, The problem will be solved and now you can run any primer you want, It's hard to find primers at times, So good move.
