PMA has been the most precise for me. It is adjustable to very small tolerances .0005 because you can freely rotate it in tiny increments. The newest 21st Century can be rotated but in clicks of .001”. Frankly, errors in the +\-.001” probably won’t make a difference on paper. I set mine for my primers and pocket depth to seat at .008” and get small error but it doesn’t make a difference. I tested .007, .008, and .009 and they all shoot the same in that range.
