Primer Reuse

Watching my primer use, (for obvious reasons). I use all LC brass for our AR's and I reload them until the primer pocket gets 'sloppy'. If I get a primer that seats way to easy, would it be OK to remove the primer and use it on another case?

If you caught it before you seated it hard then yes.
I deprime in a separate operation and catch most then.
For brass that has been fired several times I seat slow feeling for a sloppy one.

Yes. I have often removed primers from loads that didn't work out for one reason or the other. Just gently push them out and they will be fine. In a varmint shooting rifle I have never been able to discern any accuracy issues by reusing them.

I re-use them. I carefully deprime and put them in an anti-static bag to use in my blasting ammo, that I never shoot.. but will one day save the world.

If I load a round I fully expect it to fire when struck by a firing pin. I am not clairvoyant and have no idea what the situation may be when I pull the trigger. I don't reuse primers for this reason.
If the pocket is loose then the case and primer gets scrapped. That's my choice, obviously you make your own choice.

I made a hand tool to push primers out. If it feels loose when I seat a primer, I try to push it out. If I can, the case gets pitched and the primer put in the next case.
Is there a big percentage of these that felt loose going in that actually get pushed back out with the hand tool?

I've reused them several times in the past. As hard as components are to get I'll save a primer if I can. I don't shoot competitive so its not a big deal to me. I've also never had a fail to fire either.

Save yourself a lot of trouble, get a go/no go for a quick check before inserting the primer. Wish I had discovered this sooner!

All my rifle cartridge priming is done by hand. It doesn't take long to develop a 'feel' for when a primer pocket is getting loose. At the first hint of that feel, I mark the case head and then discard after shooting it.
