Primer Pocket Uniformer Power Source

When using a primer pocket uniformer tool, like the K&M or Sinclair, has anyone found that they get different results using a power screwdriver vs. a variable speed drill? It seems like most of the companies that make this tool recommend the screwdriver but the power sources for the drills last MUCH longer between charges.

Beats me. I use a portable drill & never had a problem.

I've used both, makes no difference, just what your comfortable with. Buy a small corded drill if you don't want to worry about charging. That's what I use currently.

I use a Sinclair adapter to put their primer pocket uniformer tool in a hand cranked Forster DBT base. No batteries and, IMO, better feel and control vs. power tool driven.

There is no difference between the drills and shouldn't be any between hand crank and electric methods other than time it takes to complete the task. When possible I use corded drills for all case work.
