primer pocket reamer

If you're looking for a tool that actually cuts brass,as opposed to removing carbon build-up), the Sinclair tool works well, in my experience.

I use it by hand, but, as you can see above, Sinclair offers a special fitting to use power. Sinclair item UN-8KP includes BOTH small and large rifle and power tool.

i should have been more specific, i need a tool to remove the military crimp i agree the sinclair uniformers work quite well
i have a hand tool that is suposed to work on the military crimps, but it is practicaly useless

If you've got a lot of cases, consider the Dillon 600 military crimp swage tool:

alittle pricey for the couple hundred cases that i've got
might better scrap them& buy some commercial stuff

Yup. The Dillon comes into its own when you start looking at a big bunch of cases - 1000+. Although, when you start looking at *5 gallon buckets* full... a Dillon Super 1050 starts sounding good ;)

FWIW, some of the commercial stuff I've gotten lately seems to have crimped in primers as well - at least they've been kinda tough to knock the primers out of, and needed a trip through the 600 to be able to seat the primer w/ reasonable pressure.

Have you tried the Hornady primer pocket reamers? They make some specifically for removing the extra brass from the crimp. Alternately... stick the nose of a Lyman VLD case mouth reamer in there... it'll get most of the crimp w/o too much fuss.

I've had very good results over the years using the small cutter attachment for the Forster case trimmer. Mouth of the case is held over a mushroom shaped "holder", give the hand crank a couple of turns, and the military crimp is gone! Total cost for the 2 accessory parts is around $15.00.

Moderator, does the Sinclair tool remove fouling on subsequents shots after after his primary job,cut steel) was done?

well, i solved it got a 1/4 countersink out of the shop
that & a battery drill did a nice job just had to be careful not to go too deep
glad i dont shoot as many 223s as i do the 6brx
