I can't dig up the box, but I believe the model number is 25146. It has the MOA reticle with illuminated center dot. The scope is in excellent condition and I will include the Warne quick release rings($100 value). 2 very very minor marks on the parallax adjustment. Please see photos for more details and just let me know if you would like any additional photos.
