Precision rifle course near Phoenix around Xmas?

I'll be in Phoenix (Gilbert) for 1-2 weeks over Christmas visiting family. Just checking to see if anyone knows of long range shooting instruction I could partake in while there.

It's unlikely that there will be any courses offered over Christmas as that's usually when everyone takes a vacation, including instructors. But there may be exceptions which you can search out.

Not sure about any courses specifically. However Gunsite Academy is in Prescott/Paulden. It's about 2 hours north and they have a great facility and lots of courses, including long range rifle. https://www.gunsite.com/ Walt sometimes shoots our local matches and is a nice gentleman and a great instructor.

There are matches to attend in the area. Most of us just jump in the deep end of the pool and simply show up at a match! People are happy to help with assistance, gear and whatever you need.
