I dont know why they used such a hard case to size as it is a turnoff. I use it for 30-06 and it is a breeze. Mainly use it for 223 and 6br and basically no effort. I can size brass faster with the hand press than with a regular press.

Just watched the UR video of him operating that with some 308... Looked like a ton of effort and like holding on to a wet cat that just fell into the bathtub. Couldn't imagine getting through a batch of ammo with that.
No doubt it's capable of making some great ammo, but not for me ... Also just finished my 3rd shoulder surgery. I'll have to stick with something bench mounted and lets leverage do the work
True. I dont know why he chose hard machine gun oversize brass to f/l size as a demo...unless he had a beef with the guy who makes the press to make it look like a 'bullworker' exercise machine! Which he did very well. That hand press isn't universal, just like some big bench presses are a bit overkill for 223 size brass. For me this press is very efficient to load cartridges in the smaller size range.
I just ordered one 9/4/24. Thomas stated lead is about 2 weeks. What for a email and pay when you get the invoice. He does not say anything about a long customs wait. 170 for shipping. Nothing yet but hoping soon. Halloween is coming, will it be trick or treat.
I have a friend that back in the day made very nice race cars, and if the owner could tune and find/build a good engine they would win. He won the Motor Trend race car of the year award twice. He used and old American lathe that was made in the early 1900s and the spindle ran on Babbitt bearings. One day this machinery dealer made him a real deal on 2 new lathes, a 14 inch Monarch, and a Summit that is a giant. I asked him if he made better stuff on the new lathes? He said no not really, they were way tighter but he could coax the old American to do the same thing it just took longer. Then he says well maybe not I am so afraid scratching or skinning up the new ones, I long for the American lathe back but there is not enough room in the shop. Do you think the bullet knows the difference in a press.

I have many presses. I got a great deal on a Lee cast iron. No press has anything to do with accuracy, but if you’re looking for an unbelievable solid massive press, that Lee gets my vote. Forget the money, this one is fabulous. It’s up there with an A-4 and the real original Hollywood GunShop.
