Well I popped my first prarrie dogs yesterday. I used my 6.5 Creedmor and my Savage 17WSM. A neighbor(Warren) and I stopped at a small town near us and I shot a half dozen with the 17 WSM at 198 yards. I really like the 17 WSM and the little Savage.Warren and I decided since it was cold and windy to celebrate my victory with a Prime Rib dinner in town. I had a burning feeling most of the day near my solar plexus but gave it little thought. After dinner we went home. About half an hour after getting home the little burning change to intense pain. After manning up for an hour the pain was not getting better so the wife took me to the hospital. Long story shot I was realized from the hospital a few hours ago and have to take prilosec before I eat for the next two weeks.Seem I have been making too much stomach acid and it created a bad ulcer. In summary it was a pretty good day.. Those PD's are in trouble come spring....lol..
