Praise To PT&G!!

I ordered a reamer from Dave Kiff at PT&G Three weeks ago. I Called and gave the details to what I wanted. Also sent a dummy case with the 95gr berger hunting vld bullet seated at the depth I wanted. Sent a note with the dummy case with everything I wanted. This is the first reamer I have ordered from anyone. There wasn't a blue print with the reamer that I requested. Ok no big deal! Just got off the phone with them and I must say if this reamer cuts as good as PT&G's customer service is I should end up with one of the smoothest chambers ever! Super Nice and Super helpful! They emailed me the print 5 min later! It's Just nice to know that you can still get good ol hosome respect and courteous polite people that do everything they can to give you your money's worth! Goes A long way in my book! Thanks PT&G!!

I agree ;D
There are other reameer makers out there too.
Kiff i my opinion is the best.
what you want and on time even a special
I noticed they cut on all flutes while some of the others not as well.

Great folks, great service . I ordered a 284 Shehane today and Kiff said It was on the shelf and would ship next truck out. Dave has 4 phone lines going most of the time . twmule Dave said to call his shop phone 541-826-5808 and also for you his cell is 541-660-5724 he said call any time you need him he always has time to take a order or answer a question. I never did get his email or fax but never the less there all good people over there and grind great tools..

I've gotten my reamer drawings from PT&G, after a phone request, by downloading. A lot of customers do not care about having a print, so you must request it.

Lynn,
Yes this is what Ashley told me when I called to explain that I had requested a print with my reamer. Then she said that they could email the print to me. So I gave her my email address. I was expecting it to be a cpl of days to get the print. The print must have been laying right on her desk or something because I got the email 5min. later. Great ppl at PT&G!

For some reason they never send you a print with the reamer but they do send it out.I have an account there and always ask for a print but the reamer always arrives first. One of these days I'll ask them why.

Ordered a reamer today. No problem whatsoever. I would be very surprised if you call during normal business hours and didn't have someone answer the phone. Has never happened to me. Top notch. Glenn Redmond

I came across a rifle built by a local smith who passed a few years ago. It was chambered for a modified .270. One call to PT&G solved the mystery. Dave searched his files for that guy and came up with a reamer design he had provided some years ago. He called me back within an hour. I am only an occasional customer but have always been treated with way more respect than my meager business would justify.Hooray for Dave Kiff!
