At our range Practiscore is all the rage with pistol shooters.
Can this be useful for registering and posting scores in F Class matches?

Yes as far as registering; I don't know about posting scores.

Last I checked, not unless they make some significant modifications to accommodate our style of scoring and squadding.

@Matthew Schwartzkopf have you or Michelle ever gotten in touch with them about expanding it to handle NRA matches? Figure you guys have some of the most experience with 'big' matches ala SWN to be able to help them get it right...

At Bayou Rifles we have been using Cognitoforms for entries in our Across the Course Regional, TSRA Long Range Championship, and TSRA Mid-Range Championship. It can only be used for registration but it does a good job of that. We have also started using it for entry in our local monthly matches. Credit Card Payments are easy to implement. We have accepted over $15K in CC payments with no problems and refunds are easy.

Have you been able to do this under the free version? How does it work if 500 plus transactions are going on at once? I know with Practiscore (using Stripe) we have accepted over $100K and have never had a problem with refunds or transactions.

I believe the free version would work but we would have to pay almost 3.9% for credit card fees. The club has decided to pay the $24 monthly fee so the CC fees are reduced to 2.9%. So far we are coming out ahead rather than pay the additional 1% fee.

We don't have 500 transactions going on at the same time. Our big matches have 70-90 shooters with entries spread out over 2-3 months. Our local matches have 25-35 pre-registered spread out over a week.
So far no problems and everybody likes the credit card payment.

I just wanted to mention another alternative to Practiscore.

FYI - The guys that put on the Orange Blossom Region in Florida also use CognitoForms and have for several years. They were the ones that helped me get started with it and gave me confidence that we would be able to use it. So far, no problems.

That is why I asked. Doing some research on potential alternatives. I noticed it does use Stripe so it would be just as good as Practiscore for the transactions.
