Wondered if anyone has tried the PQP bipod on an ARA factory rig?

Guess it is designed just for ARA style shooting
I thought about just making one and use heavier stock.

That's about as simple a design as I've seen for a bipod to date, shouldn't be too hard to replicate one, if you have a shop that is.

Three of the Factory class shooters at my last ARA match used them. Mine arrived this week. The PQP bipod is stout. It works best when paired with the PQP rear adjustable rest. I haven’t used it in a match yet but already like it better than the Caldwell front rest/Protektor rearbag combination.

I've got one that looks just like the PQP one, was made by a guy up in Bristol VA/Kettlefoot club. Solid as a rock, I use a Protektor rear bag.

I talked to a guy last month in Georgia that was shooting one. I asked him how he liked it but he had just started shooting it and told me, so far so good. I do not recall where he finished. But what I did learn is that the Coffee County Gun Club dang sure has some very good ARA factory class shooters.
