Where can you find a custom bolt for a rem 700 action with a ppc bolt face

Dare I say you could have Pacific Tool and Gauge make one, then have it headspaced correctly when having your barrel installed. Another option is to have a reputable smith convert about any bolt face to PPC by installing a bushing in the bolt head and new extractor. May as well have the firing pin turned and bolt face bushed while your at it so it’ll handle the pressures a PPC can generate.

I have had good luck with standard Re.ington bolt, with standard bolt face for 308 Win, remove existing extractor, replace with Sako extractor. This works well.
You could also open up a 223 Rem to a dedicated ppc bolt face dimension, and add a Sako extractor.
I don't know where to get a dedicated Rem bolt pre manufactured with dedicated 6 ppc bolt face. I have never heard of one, not even from the supposed Custom Shop of years gone by. They may exist; but I haven't seen one or heard of one. GLWSearch.

I have a PTG made PPC bolt that I use in my Remington XP in 6.5 Grendel. It has a coned bolt face and no ejecter. I'd contact PTG.
