I plan to build a benchrest gun based on a modified Seehuber system for 100-200 Yard BR. I follow the discussion about the best caliber for benchrest. Beside all the other details needed for precision, what caliber is best for 100 or 200 yard: 6 PPC or 6BR, both used with 14 twist and tight neck,262 or 264)? All other components beeing same for better comparision. I’m a 6 BR-fan and hope, that such 6br will shoot as a PPC, but I think, that the 3 gr more powder are too much for precision. Any coments?
