powders for 300SAUM

I am scratching my head here, two years ago we loaded some 150gr accubonds with varget powder in my wifes 300SAUM and it shot real good, this last year it wouldn't shoot worth a hill of beans, then tried RE17 and no luck and then tried H414 and it seemed to shoot better then the other two, but H414 is not an extreme powder and what we load in the summer here might not shoot as well come deer season as the temps are down around freezing. Anyone load this caliber??? care to share any info with me.? Thanks Chuck

H-4350.... just like all the short mags, about as good as it gets!

I don't have a 300rsaum but I do have a 7rsaum. I use H1000 and Retumbo. Both work well for target.

I have the 300 SAUM, and have found, for me, that H4350 shot better and the velocity is good. I have tried IMR4350, Re19, and 4381's with 165 SGK and 175 SMK bullets. The rifle is a 700 BDL with a BC Medalist stock FWIW.
