POWDER?

Where has all the reloading powder gone? I visited my local shops and absolutely nobody has Varget or Reloader-15..... Any suggestions? Thanks.

Good luck finding any Varget. I sat down and did some research for some good alternative powders. After that it was just surfing the five or six online vendors that I'm aware of for my alternatives.

Indeed. Just for the heck of it I went to the three spots I get powder from ( internet) Powder Valley, Mid South, And Sinclair since I was looking for something else as well.

I just had to shake my head and giggle a little.... The cupboards are pretty bear right now.. Not even a crumb hardly.

The Only question now is how long is it going to be before the Vendors and Manufactures get caught up.

areaone, most people look down on AG's. If they only knew what some of the PCP's were capable of. I've been thinking about the Rogue and a shoebox myself. Been shooting PCP's for 7 years now. If someone thinks a pellet rifle won't shoot, they're wrong. Farthest game kill I have made with a pellet rifle was with a .22 BSA pushing about 25FPE at the muzzle. 109 yards with a breeze.

I don't look down on any gun including ag's but I don't shoot 109 yard I shoot 1000 yards so pellet guns do me no good in that game, I do however have a Asian made pellet rifle that amazingly enough shoots very well it will shoot a 28 grain pellet about 1150fps I believe sounds like a 22 going off and I fill it with a scuba tank, 3000 psi scary accurate, a 109 yard kill is very impressive congratulations.

I had a back order in from December, got two jugs of Varget last week. Now all I need to find are enough primers to get me through the season.
