Powder trickler availability ?/

Does anyone know where I can get a Dandy electric powder trickler? Or a good electric powder trickler from another company?

Thanks

Dan Hall

Dan I have had mine about 6 months, I wouldn't even think about a different one. Its the first thing I have bought in the last few years that worked way better right out of the box, than I ever thought it would. Just keep looking you will find one, It took me 3 or 4 weeks to find mine. Carl in Yakima

Guess I'm old school on this one. If you aren't using the Dandy Auto Trickler that costs over $150 you should just use the old standard trickler.

They make trickling sooo easy, won't do the old way again.

Someone explain WHY one of these high dollar electronic trickler is Soooo much better that the old fashion manual one ?
You set the powder thrower to throw 2 (+-) gn. below what you want, then take 15 to 20 seconds to twist a knob till your scale reads the wt you want. AND if you don't have a VERY accurate scale, what's the point ??

Ok guys thanks for the info. I have one on the way.

Bad dog I'm sure a manual unit would work just fine. I just like all the gadgets and the accuracy they offer. Same reason I've got a scale that measures 10 times more accurate than my RCBS.

Until you saw one work it would be hard to explain. I don't own one but have seen them work and it's incredible. Another thing if you are using a scale with the glass enclosures, it is almost necessary. Matt

I bought one about 25 years ago from OKWeber's. It vibrates and is simple simple simple. I've tried several since but always went back to this one, even recently.

Was about 30 bucks. One of those things that was well thought out and works.

Tried to find in recent years and couldn't. Does not help you much but I'm sure happy about it.
