Hi
Has anyone experimented with differances in powder temperature and whether that makes any changes to your thrown loads??
I mean- put the powder in the cooler and throw your charges
then in the freezer to make it really cold but not frozen- then throw the charge with the same setting on the thrower
Then heat the powder with a hair dryer, be carefull how hot you make it) and then thrown charges all with the same setting on the powder thrower.
Has anyone tried this and if so what weight variations did you get with the thrown loads??
We have had days of weather in the high 90's low 100's,going to be over 105 today)
I keep my powder in a old cooler to try and keep it stable- but will the temperature change in powder as I'm loading change the charge weight of my thrown charges?/
thanks
later
