Powder recommendation for 6BRA Beginner

I have a 6BRA in the works and with the free hazmat specials I’m thinking a step ahead about which powder to begin with.

This is my first 6bra and I’m not competing with it. So the ideal powder will have
- wide, forgiving tune windows
- relatively temperature tolerant
- stick kernels for easy metering and minimal mess
- good accuracy
- not too erosive on barrels or difficult to clean
- good for 100-108gr bullets.

Suggestions welcome.

Thanks, David

I think that VVN540 and N150 are excellent in the 6mmBR. Varget and RL-15 are excellent too. Once Viht hits the shores here with their "improved" line of "Temp-Stable" powders, all the downside of them will be history! Wait til the new powders hit the shores and give either N540 or N150 a whirl>>>I do not think you will be pleasantly surprised>>>you will be pleasantly STUNNED at how well they shoot!

Thanks for the opinions. This is helpful because the 6BRA loads thread listed about every powder conceivable. I can get H4895 pretty easily.

Who has the free hazmat on shipping if you don't mind....

Tony.

Free hazmat offers come and go all the time. You have to watch for them. I think the only one right now is Precision Reloading, if you spend over $200. Brownells has free regular shipping and $10 off which might be a better deal, depending on how much powder you buy.
