Powder Heat Potential

Anyone have an idea where one could find the heat potential [KJ/Kg] of 2 powders. Vin 560 and RL19. Tried looking in the formula MikeCR had on the site but the different powder's do not show up. After switching to 560 300 rounds ago my barrel is showing alot of heat cracking in the throat that was not there at 700 rds. 1000 rounds total .260 Rem, 42.7 gr., 142 SMK. Thanks Bob

Both of those powders are double based and have more heat than the single based H 4831 I use in my 6.5x55.
