Maybe it's related to Fiocchi? But they're in northern Italy. They had an explosion a few decades ago.

I think some of the Vectan powders are made there. Shotgun powders mostly.

I hate to read that.

Making gunpowder is one of those things that has always had risk. When E.I. duPont started making powder in the US he build the factory in lots of small buildings with 3 strong walls and a blowout toward the river.
